Google Pixel Presidents Day 2023 deals: What’s to Expect
Google Pixel Presidents Day 2023 and Deals – Since the end of summer 2023, we’ve been able to smell pumpkin spice lattes and hear distant carols…
This, of course, also means that Presidents Day 2023 is quickly approaching, making it the ideal opportunity to buy your expensive electronic gadgets at steep discounts in preparation for the Presidents Day season. In order to really immerse yourself in everything Android has to offer, there’s no better place to start than with Google’s own Pixel smartphone lineup.
We’re well aware that last year wasn’t fantastic for would-be Pixel adopters, what with so few of them being available for purchase during the holiday shopping frenzy, but hey, there’s always hope that this year will be better! This article will examine the events of Presidents Day 2023 and predict what will happen this year.
Google Pixel Presidents Day 2023
We’ve already said that the Pixel 7’s release date is October 6, 2023, making it a sure bet that it’ll hit shelves in time to cash in on the Presidents Day frenzy. A new and improved camera and minor aesthetic tweaks are what we anticipate. If anything, we anticipate the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will continue in the footsteps of the Pixel 6-series by placing an emphasis on machine learning and artificial intelligence. And here’s hoping the Pixel 7 is a worthy successor to the Pixel 6!
Pixel 6 Presidents Day Deals
If you activated your Pixel 6 with T-Mobile, Best Buy was providing $100 off; with Verizon, they were offering $150 off. Meanwhile, the unlocked phone was available for $50 less at Target. Verizon offered customers who purchased a Pixel 6 from them the phone for free with the activation of a new Unlimited plan, and no trade-in was required.
Insanely, the Pixel 6 could be had through Best Buy for $450 in exchange for unlocking it and activating service with AT&T. That’s a savings of $150, or 15%! The other carriers listed above all offer the Pixel 6 for $500 with the same price if you don’t want to use AT&T. AT&T advertised a 50% discount on the Pixel 6 with the purchase of a new unlimited plan, with no trade-in necessary.
However, the Pixel 6 Pro did not get any price cuts other than the ones that are still available with a trade-in and a new service plan.
Both the standard Pixel 6 and the more advanced Pixel 6 Pro use the same well-known Tensor chipset, which is responsible for the devices’ advanced AI capabilities. The Pro variant has more RAM, a higher resolution screen, and a 42 megapixel telephoto camera compared to the standard model.
Presidents Day Deals on Pixel 6a and Pixel 5a 5G
Last year’s most reasonably priced smartphone from Google was the Pixel 5a. It was a small improvement over the Pixel 4a, but it lacked the cutting-edge Tensor processor used in the most recent flagship smartphones. There was a $50 price cut on the Pixel 5a in the Google Play Store. Google’s own cellular carrier, Google Fi, sold the Pixel 5a for an even more affordable $349. Oh my goodness, what a steal
The Pixel 6a is a radical change from its predecessors in terms of design, and it comes equipped with the Tensor chip, so you can anticipate even better prices this year.
Which Pixel should you buy?
In case you’re now experiencing the aggravating phenomenon of “Pixel peeping,” we’ve included some information and suggestions below that we think will be useful.
Starting with your budget is a good idea before making any kind of buy. It’s important to remember that you don’t need the most recent Pixel phone to enjoy the Google experience, as many of the features offered by the newest model can be found in earlier ones as well. However, the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro have introduced a number of improvements to the line, and these are mostly attributable to the exclusive Tensor chip included in these two devices. In terms of raw power, these two Pixels represent the cream of the crop for Google.
With Tensor’s expanded AI capabilities, Google’s Pixel 6 family of devices is now widely considered to be among the “smartest” on the market. Its text-to-speech features are a prime illustration of this. The new Pixels can precisely record any information you give them and do it with proper use of language, spelling, and punctuation.
